We’re looking for an outgoing Inside Sales Representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met• Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience• Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads• Greet and assist customers in selecting sheds based on their requirements• Showcasing both ready-to-sell buildings and custom designs• Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers• Answer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, installation, and product specifications• Generate leads through prospecting and networking• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues• Maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance• Collaborate with the installation team to coordinate delivery and installation schedules Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process• Quick learner who can easily adapt to new processes and information• Enthusiastic about learning and eager to advance within the company• Previous sales experience preferred, particularly in retail or construction, though not mandatory Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly About Company: At Marten Portable Buildings, our commitment is to build beautiful handcrafted products that will stand the test of time.
