Description: General Summary: Primary job focus is to assist Team Leaders and Group Leaders with a focus on machine operation, changeover completion, and preventative and general maintenance issues.Essential Job Functions:Performance of all tasks in a manner which constantly meets or exceeds Standard Performance Levels.Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards.Actively participates and supports the companies 5s program.Operates assigned equipment, machines, and tools to prepare, assembly, and produce products and meet productivity goals.Performs all required quality checks and inspections.Makes necessary minor adjustments to equipment.Performs assigned regular PM and checks on equipment and machines.Makes necessary minor adjustments to equipment.Performs assigned regular PM and checks on equipment and machines.Assists Set-Ups in the changeover minor repair and basic PM of equipment.Assists Set-Ups, Maintenance Technicians, and Tool & Die Technicians in the trouble shooting and repair of equipment.Provides training, leadership, and guidance to new or inexperienced operators.Makes requests for any necessary parts, equipment, supplies, and tools.Maintains tools and work area in a clean and professional manner.Maintains the proper documentation and record keeping.ExperienceEntry to two (2) years of relevant experience.Previous experience as a Utility Operator preferred.Toyota Boshoku America is an equal opportunity employer and considers applications for all positions without regard to race, sex, religion, color, national origin, pregnancy, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
