Interactions of nutrients and toxicants and the effects on their metabolism and utilization. Food safety evaluation and regulatory control. Estimated Enrolment 50 students Estimated TA Support 70 hours Class Schedule 3 hours weekly, on Wednesdays 1-4 pm Sessional Dates Jan 10 to April 30, 2024, inclusive, except Feb 19-23 (No class: February reading week) Salary $9,458 to $10,570 Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience Qualifications Applicants should have a graduate degree (Ph D preferred) in nutrition or toxicology; demonstrated expertise in nutritional toxicology and teaching experience an asset.
