A company is looking for a Services Technician to provide front-line support for high-value customers. Key Responsibilities Handle, diagnose, triage, and route inbound service tickets Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for client issues Document and coordinate with internal and customer teams to ensure satisfaction Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure technical support and administration At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft 365 technical support and administration Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident and request management Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities Familiarization with Microsoft Office suite
