You Are A highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with a proven track record of developing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. You possess exceptional problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and integrations. Your experience enables you to work independently and provide high-level technical support to drive the success of projects within the organization. How you will make an impact By leveraging your extensive expertise in ServiceNow, you will drive impactful solutions that enhance our platform's functionality, streamline workflows, and improve overall user satisfaction, ultimately empowering our team to deliver superior service Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and provide expert advice on ServiceNow implementations. Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including customization and configuration of HRSD, LSD, and PSDS modules. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and manage data migration and synchronization. Create and execute test plans, identify and resolve defects, and ensure application reliability. Provide training and develop documentation to support IT specialists. We work together to solve complex challenges and drive successful outcomes for our clients Here's what you need Minimum of 5+ years of experience in roles that require strong skills in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience U.S. Citizenship is required Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and Legal Service Delivery. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies Experience with ServiceNow integrations to other ServiceNow instances or other internal or external web services Ability to mentor and lead others in the application ServiceNow capabilities Bonus points if ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred Experience with additional integrations or enterprise systems. Background in working with government agencies or similar organizations.
