Overview The ServiceNow Technical Lead/Administrator is responsible for the overall design, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform within the organization. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that the ServiceNow platform meets the needs of the organization and is aligned with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow platform Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation with ServiceNow platform Ensure ServiceNow platform is secure and compliant with organizational policies and industry standards Monitor the performance of the ServiceNow platform and implement optimizations as needed Skills Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow administration Proven experience as technical lead or similar role Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules Experience with REST/SOAP APIs ITIL Certified Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details Drug and Background Check Disclaimer: Cornerstone Hospitality Solutions is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
