Top Job Located in Bend, OR Salary: $20-$30 Job Title: Service Technician Location: Bend, OR Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM Pay Range: $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience About the Role: Are you a skilled Service Technician ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment? What You'll Do: Solve Problems: Diagnose and repair a wide range of high-end appliances, from refrigerators and dishwashers to ovens and washers. Ensure Excellence: Perform routine maintenance and safety checks to ensure optimal appliance performance. Document with Precision: Accurately record service details, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used. Communicate Clearly: Engage with customers professionally, explaining repairs and solutions effectively. Manage Efficiently: Use electronic dispatching systems to handle service orders seamlessly. Keep It Neat: Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle. Collaborate and Innovate: Work with a supportive team to tackle complex service challenges. What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field. Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair abilities, including experience with sealed system repairs. Customer Focus: Professional and approachable, with the ability to interact effectively with clients. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computer systems and electronic dispatching tools. Background Check: Must pass a background check. Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record. Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in appliance repair or a related field. Experience with high-end appliances. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
