We are currently seeking an experienced commercial roofing Service Field Supervisor in Richmond, Va. CentiMark Corporation is the world's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor, and we are looking for people who want to contribute to a great team. Successful candidates must demonstrate initiative, a good work ethic, and attention to detail. We provide on the job training, benefits and room to grow. This position is paying $20/hr to $38/hr, based on experience. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will supervise multiple service crews. This position will also be responsible for doing pre-job inspections, planning jobs for service crews and working closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for jobs. Job Summary: Supervise multiple production/service crews Planning and executing a successful project Work closely with the Service Manager and Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projects Responsible for maintaining a safe job site Daily communications with the customer and employees Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork Competitive pay range of $20/hr - $38/hr, based on experience Candidate Qualifications: A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem solving skills Leadership, management and project management skills Organizational and time management skills Computer and Microsoft Office Skills Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus 3 years of customer service experience required Experience with: EPDM, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC, TPO, PVC and/or SHINGLES Commercial Roofing experience is a MUST Premier Benefits: 2 Health Insurance Plans: Free “Core Plan” – Free Medical & Dental “Buy Up Plan” – Features a lower deductible for Medical Vision Plan Free Life Insurance 401K with Company Match Free Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Cell Phone, Laptop Paid Holidays and Vacation CentiMark provides a great work environment with challenging career opportunities.
