Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental insurance Disability insurance On the job paid training Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Major Responsibilities Create and maintain daily schedule plan for service calls Assist requisitioning parts for service calls Enter task lines for material required for jobs Enter order rental equipment required for jobs Prepare service paperwork for invoicing Work on scheduling any open service calls Answer incoming calls from customers requesting services and respond to requests left via email or voicemail Communicate with customers via email and/or phone calls, notifying them of scheduled service calls Handle multiple jobs at once and assign technicians to jobs as needed Coordinate jobs with technicians’ schedules to ensure customers are taken care of in a timely manner Communicate with service managers and technicians daily Requirements Must be detail focused Comfortable with repetitive and tedious tasks Must be able to multitask in high pressure situations Excellent work ethic and self-motivated Strong follow up and investigation skills Ability to work as a team Strong customer service skills both over phone/email and in person Strong organizational skills Strong Microsoft Office skills Strong communication skills Recent incidents have occurred regarding people or groups attempting fraudulent hiring activityby pretending to be Brehob employees.
