At 21st Century Equipment LLC , we're hiring a strategic and results-oriented person to become our new full-time Service Advisor ! We're committed to helping agricultural clients maintain their equipment and maximize their profitability, and we need a communicative person who can make sure we provide the best results possible. DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS? 3+ years of experience with John Deere service department operations Working knowledge of standard job pricing, commission-based compensation, and basic service department financial principles Basic accounting skills Communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities Team spirit and ability to motivate others Computer proficiency, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and ability to lift 50 pounds WHAT DOES A SERVICE ADVISOR DO? You're the backbone of our service department, and you oversee our daily operations to ensure quality work and total customer satisfaction. You keep our business running smoothly by processing work orders, interacting with customers, and supervising our technicians to make sure their work meets our high standards.
