POSITION SUMMARYEssential Duties and Responsibilities:· Greeting customers and directing them to Service Technicians· Communicate to Technicians about the required repairs and alternatives that the Dealership can offer to our clients· Respond to client’s questions about the service outcomes and check to technicians when and what needed.· Discuss cost savings and warranty protection that our clients may avail· Managing service appointment schedule· Inform clients of changes in service and schedule information on their vehicles if it is ready to be picked up.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Qualifications:· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the automotive field· Proven CSI Record· Must hold a valid Driver’s License· Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. · High school diploma or GED preferred.· Excellent communication skills – written and verbal communication including technical and math skills· Professional and dependable· Extremely detail-oriented· Excellent customer service skills· Confidentiality with sensitive documents· Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor· Organizational and time management skillsEducation:· High school Diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements:This position is based in a motor vehicle dealership environment. Occasional physical activity such as reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to inspect repairs, and lifting and able to carry objects at least 50 pounds. Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, vehicle exhaust, along with high levels of noise is expected on a daily basis. You may be subjected to weather conditions both inside and outside. You may be required to wear protective equipment when necessary. Occasional sedentary work is expected.
