Service Advisor (Car Dealership) Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire Salary: Very Competitive (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Full : Time, Permanent The Client: Our client is a well: established automotive firm, supplying the full range of commercial trucks, used trucks, trailers and vans and provide outstanding service to their customers. The Role: As a Service Advisor, you will be managing R2C, truck service scheduling, and MOT bookings adhering to manufacturers guidelines. Responsibilities: Delivering efficient reception services for consistently high customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the workshop, parts, and sales teams. Address customer concerns or complaints, finding solutions and maintaining positive customer relations. Requirements: Previously worked as a Service Advisor or in a similar role. Proven expertise in the service industry dealing with customers. Skilled in IT and customer service. Strong numerical and literacy skills. Possess technical background. (Desirable) Valid driving licence.
