Server - Days FT - Assisted Living

Our community is looking for a high energy, polite full-time Server to join our team. Please see the shifts below, no exception. Server Responsibilities : You will take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items Maintain all side stations and dining areas Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards Qualifications: Must enjoy working with seniors Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner Ability to respond promptly to resident needs Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities Ability to work flexible hours as needed Reports to: Executive Chef Shifts: Average of five 7.5 hour shifts per week, 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., or every other weekend, 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.; two15-minute breaks (paid) and one 30-minute lunch break (unpaid). Working on holidays is possible and rotated fairly among servers.
