Pay: $2.50 per hour plus all tips (no tip pooling/sharing). Neighbors Serving Neighbors! At Eggs Up Grill we live and practice our DNA every day; providing Everything to Make you Smile! This fast-paced 6 am-2 pm concept is perfect for those who wish to be home by 3! Server - Our servers are the face of our business and enjoy the responsibility of serving as the primary point of contact between the guests and the restaurant. Strong experience in a serving position is key, but a willingness to learn, understand, and apply our approach to hospitality is the most important factor. A smile and a good attitude are a great start for this role, we can work together on the rest. Servers earn $2.50 per hour plus tips. Since there is no tip sharing, servers retain all tips earned. Priority will be given to candidates with the strongest availability and flexibility. Sundays are an absolute must, as this is by far our busiest day of the week. If you are energetic and friendly and wish to work at our location, we would love to talk to you. Advancement opportunities in the next 6-24 months are possible from this role and location!
