Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Septic - Excavation Technician to join our team in Delaware, OH. This full-time position offers competitive pay of $22 - $30/hour and a comprehensive benefits package , including: Health, dental, life, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability PTO HSA/FSA Referral program Education assistance and a mentorship program Growth opportunities Uniforms Company parties and family events Monthly phone allowance THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR Current CDL Class B License with tanker endorsement that meets insurance requirements Ability to learn and train on plumbing and excavation tasks Strong communication skills Ability to operate and maintain septic equipment safely and efficiently Experience with septic systems, plumbing, or excavation is preferred but not required! YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SEPTIC - EXCAVATION TECHNICIAN This position offers a consistent full-time schedule . You will be working on-site, handling a variety of tasks throughout the week, with the flexibility to adapt to different assignments. As a Septic - Excavation Technician, your day will begin by preparing your company vehicle and necessary equipment. You will travel to various job sites around Delaware, OH, where you will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on systems. In addition, you will assist with plumbing and excavation tasks, learning and developing new skills on the job. Effective communication with customers will be essential as you explain diagnoses and recommended solutions, ensuring they understand the work being performed.
