A company is looking for a Senior Workday Solutions Architect to lead and design HR technology solutions for business transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Workday-based solutions for HR transformation goals Provide strategic oversight and technical guidance for HR technology initiatives Lead project teams through all phases of Workday implementation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing Workday solutions Proven experience in consulting roles focused on HR technology transformation Expertise in Workday HCM and related modules Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and integrations Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
