Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with radiologist leadership and local practice boards Drive clinical excellence through the implementation of quality initiatives and performance improvement processes Manage financial performance by creating budgets, identifying cost-saving initiatives, and strengthening client relationships Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of experience in operational transformations and financial management 7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry Proven track record of exceeding annual goals Ability to lead and inspire teams across a broad geographic area
