A company is looking for a Senior User Interface Developer to manage the design and implementation of user interfaces for mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities Design visually cohesive interfaces and develop interactive prototypes Collaborate with UX designers and product owners to maintain design consistency and refine interactions Conduct usability testing and ensure designs meet accessibility standards Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software engineering and design architectures Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, or a relevant computer-based major Experience in building or contributing to design systems Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG and 508 Compliance
