The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on trust administration and sophisticated estate planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families. They will also be expected to draft various estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.Duties:Provide expert advice and counsel on trust administration and estate planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.Draft a wide range of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.Offer guidance on tax implications and strategies related to trusts and estates.Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop customized estate plans that align with the client's financial goals.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to trusts and estates and ensure clients' plans remain in compliance.Requirements:10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in trusts and estates.Strong academic credentials with a law degree from a recognized institution.Admission to the State Bar of California is required.Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills.Preference for candidates with large firm experience.An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred but not mandatory.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of California.Skills:Extensive knowledge of trust administration and estate planning.Proficiency in drafting various estate planning documents.Strong understanding of tax implications related to trusts and estates.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.Strong research and analytical skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance with legal regulations.
