A company is looking for a Senior Telephony Engineer to support and enhance telecom infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Support SIP-based products and global carrier services Lead troubleshooting and escalation efforts for carrier connectivity issues Design and implement monitoring systems for trunk status and utilization Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the Telecommunications industry 3+ years of experience with enterprise-level companies Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, RTCP, TLS, and SRTP technologies Familiarity with various SBC platforms and telephony software Proficiency in BGP network routing protocol and VoIP architectures
