Description:

I. General Summary: Write technical materials, such as equipment manuals, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions. May assist in layout work. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. Bachelor's Degree with 6-12 years of experience. II. Clearance: Active Secret Federal DoD Clearance. III. Principles, Duties, and Responsibilities: Documents are authored from a technical standpoint. Assist with making documents readable by ensuring grammatical correctness and excellency in formatting. Removes workload from Software Developers, Scrum Masters, and Testers. Follow Agile process to work with Scrum. Write technical documents, edit technical documents. Manage document identifiers from CM. Operates Team Foundation Server to store documents. Create baseline templates for teams to begin technical document work. Coordinate reviews with QA, correct defects if indicated by QA. Coordinate with Information Assurance before deliveries. IV. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Direct Current and Relevant experience with RCAS is highly desirable. Minimum required: Must be a U.S. citizen, with or eligible for a Government security clearance. College degree. Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form. Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter. Professional Experience: 4+ years related technical experience. Desired: Technical certifications. Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Experience working on unusually complicated problems and providing solutions that are highly creative and ingenious, exhibiting ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness. Periodically develops data which goes beyond existing boundaries of information in the field. Acts independently to expose and resolve problems. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
