A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager for Majors & Enterprise in the Northeast region. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, serving as the primary technical liaison for customers Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for customer needs across departments Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with preferred CSP level certifications Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
