Candidates should have the following qualifications: TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph Ten (10) years of experience as a Technical Consultant (TC) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required Five (5) years of additional TC experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 15 years of experience Candidates are desired to have the following skills: One or more of the following: AWS Professional/Specialty or Microsoft Azure Certification Familiarity with PKI and REST services Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and integration Understand of GitOps and CI/CD pipelines Experience with defining requirements for microservices Experience with software deployed in Docker and Kubernetes Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and requirements analysis and synthesis from the system level to individual software components Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI standards Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML Perks and Benefits: 8 weeks paid leave - 4 weeks of personal leave, 3 Yay! days, take off on your birthday,11 paid holidays and optional leave up to 6 days through Belay's volunteer program 10% matching in 401(k) contributions vested on day one $5,000 annual training/tuition Student Loan Repayment Program 100% company-funded HSA Rich medical coverage (100% coinsurance) Dental coverage including orthodontia Up to $420,000 in life insurance, premiums 100% company funded Amazon Prime, gym reimbursement, monthly lunches, games and prizes Pet adoption program, generous referral bonus program, fun events, and more!
