NIRA, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer , who will either work independently to prototype advance research concepts or lead a development team to deliver enterprise integration solutions for federal government customers. Responsibilities: Lead the development of a blockchain-based document distribution system based to support the need of Department of Defense (DoD) and other customers Work closely with customers to translate mission needs to software solutions Required Skills: More than 7 years of solid experience in software development More than 5 years of experiences developing system integration solution using technologies such as Web Services or XML/JSON Knowledge of public key infrastructure (PKI) and its implementations Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, XML Excellent oral and written communication skills US citizenship required. Must be eligible for security clearance.
