Senior Sitecore Developers DUTIES: Under supervision of the IT Director, perform the following job duties: Lead the development and implementation of Sitecore-based web applications, leveraging expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and SQL to deliver high-quality solutions; Customize and extend Sitecore features, templates, and components to support client-specific needs, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards; Optimize performance and scalability of Sitecore environments, addressing challenges related to page load times and system efficiency, and leveraging Azure cloud services and Sitecore managed cloud for deployment and management; Develop custom pipelines, workflows, and integrations as per project requirements, utilizing Sitecore CLI, TDS, and other development tools to streamline processes and improve productivity; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and drive digital transformation initiatives; Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and Sitecore development methodologies; Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions; Position based in Idaho Falls, Idaho; Tele-working option currently available for this position; Please contact Employer for complete and most recent teleworking policy details. REQUIREMENTS: Applicants need to have a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or closely related field and 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered with at least 2 years experience in the listed technologies.
