Clearance: Public Trust Place of Performance: Remote, but must be able to work 8:00 - 5:00 EST Years of Experience: 8+ Education/Certification Requirements: BS, Engineering, Management Information Systems of Related Technical Degree or 10+ years of Experience. ServiceNow Certification a Plus. Specific Duties This position will provide the Administration services such as system maintenance, technicaltroubleshooting, managing roles, and access to the system. Experience in upgrading all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments.
