This professional-track position is ideal for candidates skilled in commercial real estate law, especially with expertise in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The role involves representing diverse clients, including real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors, in complex real estate transactions.Duties:Manage structured securities offerings for various commercial real estate transactions.Represent public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financings.Collaborate on the development and execution of complex real estate transactions.Conduct thorough legal analyses to support strategic decision-making in commercial real estate finance.Provide legal advice on a broad range of real estate transactions, including development projects.Requirements:Minimum of 6 years experience managing structured securities offerings.Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate law, particularly in finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.Strong understanding of securities law and transaction structuring for real estate investments.Prior experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm is highly preferred.Must be admitted to practice in California.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership and good standing in the California State Bar.Skills:Exceptional analytical and writing abilities.Keen attention to detail and strong business acumen.Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.Strong client-service orientation with a collaborative mindset.Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Generous paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Supportive work environment fostering career growth and advancement.
