This professional-track position, which does not lead to partnership, is designed for an attorney with extensive experience in structured securities offerings and commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions, representing a diverse range of clients, including real estate investment trusts, public and private companies, and institutional investors.Duties:Lead and manage structured securities offerings, ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met.Represent clients in diverse real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, sales, restructurings, complex financing arrangements, and property development.Provide strategic legal counsel on investment portfolio structuring and real estate finance matters.Collaborate with clients, peers, and cross-functional teams to support efficient and successful transaction outcomes.Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to guide high-stakes financial transactions and compliance efforts.Requirements:At least 6 years of experience in managing structured securities offerings, particularly within the commercial real estate sector.Demonstrated expertise in real estate finance, acquisitions, and sales.Familiarity with the regulatory environment and best practices for structuring real estate investments.Previous experience with a prominent law firm, ideally within the AmLaw 100.Active admission to the Delaware State Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Member in good standing with the Delaware State Bar.Skills:Strong analytical skills and exceptional written communication abilities.High attention to detail and sound judgment in business contexts.Proficient in managing multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Client-focused mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills.Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and recognized holidays.Opportunities for professional advancement and growth.Supportive work environment encouraging career development.
