Senior Scientist Molecular Design

Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Scientist in Molecular Design within the Computational & Data Sciences team. Key Responsibilities Design small molecules using high-throughput computational tools and proprietary screening platforms Develop strategies to assess and progress hits for internal pipeline and partnered projects Collaborate with machine learning teams to develop models and generative tools for compound design Required Qualifications BS/MS/Ph.D. in computational, organic, or medicinal chemistry, or a related field Experience with ligand-based and structure-based small molecule design for drug discovery Experience optimizing ADME and safety issues in collaboration with medicinal chemists Experience with RDKit, molecular simulation suites, and docking programs Proficient in Python and the PyData stack (numpy, pandas, scipy, scikit-learn)
