Senior Hardware & RF Design Engineer - Cambridge This leading global player in the radio communications industry is seeking a hands-on Engineer, passionate about design and problem-solving, to join their expanding UK R&D team. Job Purpose: Support the development and continuous improvement of innovative communications products. You'll design RF subsystems, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring cutting-edge communication solutions to market. Key Responsibilities: Product Improvement: Be the technical lead for resolving production issues and improving the performance of existing product lines. New Product Development: Design and integrate advanced RF subsystems with BT/Wi Fi/Cellular for our next-generation radios. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with firmware, PCB, and mechanical engineers to deliver robust, market leading products. Type Approval Expertise: Support the type approval process, ensuring our products meet industry standards and regulations. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in RF and analogue electronics design UHF/VHF focus.
