Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst

Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst to provide regulatory guidance and enhance revenue cycle operations. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary revenue cycle liaison for complex clinical departments, monitoring charge reconciliation and compliance issues Perform comprehensive revenue cycle reviews and audits to ensure accurate charging and coding processes Lead complex revenue cycle initiatives and develop policies, procedures, and training materials Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, or six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Five years of experience in hospital or physician revenue cycle, billing, or coding Experience with electronic health records (EPIC) Three years in an Epic-billing environment (preferred) Three years of experience with regulatory issues and policy development (preferred)
