As the Senior Residential Relocation Coordinator in Sterling, VA, your primary responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the relocation process and ensuring all their requirements are fulfilled. Your role is vital to our daily operations, contributing significantly to client satisfaction, sales expansion, and providing essential support to the team. Benefits Include: • Weekly pay disbursements • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision coverage • Company-provided life insurance • Employee assistance program 401k plan with Employer Contribution Generous paid time off benefits Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Sterling, VA, US, guiding them through the entire relocation process• Oversee and manage all customer communications starting from the initial sale transaction until project completion• Manage incoming phone calls and provide dedicated support to customers for their scheduled moves• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM text messages• Clearly define expectations for customers and explore ways to enhance their relocation experience• Offer on-the-day assistance and serve as a bridge between customers and the moving team• Address and resolve any customer service issues that may arise with a focus on de-escalation• Develop a solid understanding of the moving industry to effectively handle local, interstate, intrastate, and storage relocations• Familiarize yourself with the services, materials, additional charges, and restricted items for transportation provided by MG Moving• Support the sales team by addressing policy discrepancies to ensure seamless project execution• Collaborate with external vendors to efficiently coordinate customer projects• Educate customers on the claims process for any damaged items Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years experience required in the role of a relocation coordinator• High School diploma or equivalent is a mandatory qualification for this position• Exceptional communication skills needed to inform, assist, and advise customers effectively• Ability to collaborate with various vendors is crucial for successful project coordination• Strong organizational skills are essential for efficient task management• Effective problem-solving skills required for prompt issue resolution• Demonstrating confidence, patience, politeness, tact, and diplomacy, especially in challenging situations, is important• Must be able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with consistently high-quality outcomes• Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm, with an anticipated one shift per month• Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test is mandatory Compensation: $48,000 - $58,000 yearly DOE About Company: Are you looking for a rewarding career with an award-winning company that is growing nationally?
