Cohesive Senior Consultant Location: Burlington, ON Hybrid Position Summary: The role of the Bentley Senior Reliability Consultant is to work with our users to increase their asset performance by implementing technologically sound maintenance programs in the Bentley AR software. The Senior Reliability Consultant helps define how Bentley software and other enterprise software systems will work together to support a proactive maintenance business process and leads the implementation of the Bentley AR technology to support those processes. Key Role Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in developing and managing the detailed project plan for implementing the Bentley AR software. Facilitate AR business process task mapping and roles & responsibilities assignment for the user site and map across the corporate structure where necessary. Develop roles and responsibilities skills matrix and coordinate all resulting training plans, schedules, and resources with user. Identify which tasks are best supported by which information systems, and how data should integrate from one system to another to support the process. Specifically advise users on how to integrate Bentley AR software with their existing CMMS and other predictive technology tools. Advise users on how to leverage Bentley AR and other software to implement maintenance best practices and continually improve the maintenance function. Based on the business process, facilitate Detailed Solution Design sessions with the users to define how AR should be configured to support the process. Implement the user’s defined reliability maintenance practices in the Bentley AR Software, including developing foundation settings, naming conventions, and configurations. Develop functional specifications for interfaces, extensions, and conversions. Teach the user how to use the AR software, the mobile and remote inspection tools.
