Responsibilities Responsible for planning, designing, testing, and implementing information technology solutions consistent with business objectives. Create design documents, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Participate and collaborate with stakeholders, including security, development, project management, engineering, and hosting. Provide specialized technical and/or business knowledge to statutory, compliance, and strategic projects. Collaborate with internal clients and project team members to identify user needs, assess design options, recommend solution options, and execute recommendations. Analyze and recommend system/procedural improvements to increase user productivity and efficiency. Perform functional, system and integration testing of Open System and Mainframe applications. Work with the development and business system analysts teams to determine the root cause of the development issue and assist in the resolution and recovery. Create test plans, test cases, and scenarios for large-scale and complex software applications. Focus on the verification and validation of applications from an end-user perspective. Communicate and collaborate with technical developers and multiple stakeholders for the products. Minimum Requirements Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study and five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience. Will accept a three-year degree or a combination of degrees or diplomas as meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement. Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience must include: Java; JavaScript; Cucumber; JIRA; SQL; Multiple data environments including DB2; Selenium webdriver; SOAP; VBScript; Developing and modifying complex systems; and Designing, developing and building technical solutions. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $136,490.00 - $183,700.00 / Year.
