Job Responsibilities Create Cost Plus/Milestone/T&M/Fixed Price billingsSubmit invoices to customers via email, WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow) or any other customer portalParticipate in new project set up meetings to ensure project setup optimizes accounting software capabilities for project revenue and billingMaintain/Analyze unbilled receivables and revenueResearch and correct any billing issues with their project invoicesPrepare contract closeout and final invoice, verify and confirm any de-obligation requestsPrepare monthly Project Status Report from Costpoint to the Project Managers and Senior Service Delivery VP’sReview contracts and extract financial and billing informationReview detailed costs to ensure accuracy in codingDevelop and monitor project forecastSupport PM and Service Delivery VPsPrepare and review contract funding modifications Requirements : 3 + years experience in the government contracting industryMust have Costpoint experience with emphasis in Project and Billing modules or a similar applicationMust have CPFF, FFP and T&M invoice experienceExperience billing and tracking funding against multiple CLIN/SLIN/ACRN'sAdvanced experience with MS ExcelStrong analytical, problem solving, planning, communication and organizing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at one timeAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesIf you are looking for a company that encourages its staff to work hard while surrounded by people who care about their work, customers, and each other, this position may be for you!
