They currently seek a Senior Process Engineer to join their facility in the Chicago suburbs. This position offers promotion opportunity to Plant Management.As a Senior Process Engineer, job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Offer technical knowledge to contribute to production development Recognize and lead opportunities for improvement projects Manage site PSM program and procedures Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions Manage and develop team of engineersSalary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 + bonusJob RequirementsAs a Senior Process Engineer, job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following: BS in Chemical Engineering 8+ years of experience in a process/production role out of chemical manufacturing Previous R&D scale up, project management, quality, and troubleshooting experience Experience in a PSM-regulated facility Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is idealDue to the high volume of applications, only those qualified for the position will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
