We are looking for our next Senior Process Engineer to support the operations strategy here at our Northfleet Mill. This is the perfect opportunity for you to lead the optimisation and development of Tissue Manufacturing processes, in terms of asset performance and product performance, whilst ensuring the tissue assets can deliver against Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost KPIs. You will be the key resource and process link with the R&D and marketing team to develop process and product upgrades for the business and Mill at a strategic level. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Working with and engaged in all of KC’s Safety, Quality & Delivery systems, and processes Maintaining/coaching of centre lining systems and maintaining document control systems (ETQ) Leading simple and complex problem solving (SPS) activities on asset, process, product, and quality issues Engaging with mill teams and operating teams to foster a Run to Target (RTT) culture via role modelling and operating systems Upskilling across technologies and areas within the mill Provide technical support, coaching and direction to process engineers and shift operation Development of process and product, working with the business & LCM teams Project & trial leadership for the mill and business initiatives Process support for the asset team.
