A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy Revenue Reconciliation Manager to oversee the reconciliation of contractual reimbursement and benefit verification processes. Key Responsibilities Build cross-functional teams and processes to drive operational and financial efficiencies Implement policy and technology enhancements to improve revenue capture Engage in membership eligibility research to resolve payment discrepancies and maximize revenue collection Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred 7+ years of experience in a financial analysis role supporting pharmacy and medical claims 5+ years of experience in a Specialty Pharmacy environment preferred
