Senior Peoplesoft Application Developer

Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and innovative professional to support our existing PeopleSoft ERP applications and lead the transition to a new ERP platform within 1-3 years. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining current applications in the PeopleSoft suite, as well as overseeing the migration to a future ERP SaaS application.Key Responsibilities:- Integrate PeopleSoft applications with business systems such as EDI, Demand Planning, and eCommerce platforms.- Work independently while contributing to discussions on business logic, processes, configurations, data management, and integration.Our Environment:- PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, including:- Purchasing- Order Management- Inventory- Billing- Accounts Receivable- Accounts Payable- General Ledger- External Integrations:- BI tools (Logi Analytics, MS Power BI)- eCommerce (XML, API, SQL)- Product Management Tools (Salsify)- FP&A (Vena)- SalesForce- Concur Time and Expense- 3rd Party Logistics- Forecasting, Demand & Inventory Planning (Smoothie)- Platform:- MS SQL Server- MS Power BI- MS WebserversPM21Requirements- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities for complex business problems.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders.- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.- Leadership: Ability to lead initiatives and projects independently.- Adaptability: Proactive approach to new technologies and changing business needs.- Collaboration: Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.Technology Tools:- BI Publisher- App Engine- PeopleCode- Integration Broker- Component Interface- SQR- MS SQL- MS SQL Stored Procedures- Preferably PeopleTools 8.60FSCM Suite Knowledge:- Order Management- Inventory & Manufacturing- Purchasing & AP- Demand Planning- Billing & AREducation and/or Experience:- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development, including application design, development, and maintenance.Salary Description$120,000 - $140,000 DOE
