Key Responsibilities Lead Workday configuration for Core HCM and Advanced Compensation Partner with HR and internal teams to enhance business processes and reporting Document business requirements and manage incoming technology fixes and enhancements Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in fast-growing, global companies 4+ years of experience in Workday configuration for Core HCM and Advanced Compensation Experience with Workday business process configuration and security Familiarity with Agile methodologies and prioritization Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules in U.S. and International locations
