Summary: The ATS Corporate IT department is responsible for the delivery of critical enterprise-wide IT systems and services. As the Senior Network Manager, the incumbent is responsible for managing the existing networking team while also providing day-to-day operations of data and voice networks to ensure the ongoing availability, reliability and security of the ATS information assets in a cost-effective manner. What you will do: The scope of the role encompasses both voice and data networks and all associated responsibilities including: • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dynamic network team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Mentor, manage and motivate a high-performing team of professionals and set clear priorities to achieve department goals and KPIs. • Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of network projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and effective resource utilization. • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key technology vendors, including Palo Alto, Cisco, Zscaler, and cloud networking solution providers, ensuring effective collaboration during M&A processes. • M&A Integration: Lead the technical aspects of network integration during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with organizational objectives. • Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical expertise in Palo Alto, Cisco, Zscaler, and cloud networking solutions, ensuring the development and maintenance of a secure and efficient network infrastructure. • Security and Compliance: Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations, especially during M&A processes. • Cloud Networking Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for integrating and optimizing cloud networking solutions within the organization, with a specific focus on M&A scenarios. • M&A Technical Due Diligence: Lead the technical.
