A company is looking for a Mortgage Senior Loan Processor to ensure accurate and timely processing of mortgage loans while maintaining compliance with guidelines. Key Responsibilities Review loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Communicate with clients and loan officers to gather and clear underwriting conditions Mentor less experienced mortgage loan processors and provide guidance on industry standards Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Minimum of 2 years of purchase processing experience Working knowledge of mortgage regulations and guidelines Foundational knowledge of various loan products including FHA, VA, and Conventional
