This role will provide technical leadership to the mechanical engineering resources, As part of our commitment to world-class engineering and technology, we’re building on our current mechanical capability. Lending your expertise in all kinds of ways, you’ll help us achieve our ambitions across our production line operations. Reporting to a Mill Operations Manager, you’ll ensure assets are operating to their optimum efficiency to maximise output and ensure targets are consistently met. Your knowledge and expertise will be Integral to supporting the delivery of the mill’s improvement strategy, the holder of this role will also be required to effectively build capability in One KC Manufacturing practices in a way that meets all Kimberly Clark’s standards and processes. You will work a day shift, with the flexibility to support emergency call outs when required. Your focus will be to optimise and sustain tissue manufacturing assets, minimise machine downtime, and make cost-saving improvements. You’ll also be responsible for implementing new engineering systems and solutions, optimising maintenance strategies and managing obsolescence programmes.
