This position can be hybrid at one of our offices (Raleigh, NC or Costa Mesa, CA) or fully remote.About KlientBoostKlientBoost is a Performance Marketing Agency based out of Costa Mesa, CA. We also have an office in Raleigh, NC and remote team members in 16 different states! We're looking for an amazing individual to join our Marketing Team as a Senior Marketing Manager. You should be someone who loves growth, challenges, and having a TON of fun while working!The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing, and analyzing our marketing campaigns. You will oversee and own the specific KPIs in partnership with the Head of Marketing. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise: You constantly ask "why" or "why is this a best practice? Did anyone actually test this?" - answers to these questions usually lead to innovation for KlientBoost to increase its lead against competitors and for our clients to gain an advantage. You can quantify your creativity through qualitative interviews and quantitative data which will lead KlientBoost to quantifiable differentiation. Not everything is what you think; what does the data tell us (both qualitative and quantitative)? Internal marketing is almost as important as external marketing. How are we all speaking the same language and feeling like we're part of the same team? You will work very closely with the internal SEO Team, improving our SEO performance. You have strong copywriting skills and can support copywriting needs of our clients (internal support, this will not be client facing). 5+ years working with B2B companies and overseeing marketing channels. Strong analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Benefits: Full Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, Life) starting on the 1st of the month following your start date.
