A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Trust & Safety to lead its Trust and Safety team and enhance user safety on the platform. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing Trust & Safety team focused on user safety Oversee content moderation and ensure compliance with community guidelines Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve safety tools and processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in trust and safety leadership within a consumer-facing tech company Strong understanding of content moderation practices and digital safety frameworks Experience in leading high-performing teams with a focus on safety and well-being Familiarity with data analysis and KPI tracking for operational improvement
