A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to develop and execute a Commercial Enablement plan for their commercial teams. Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding processes to ensure new representatives deliver value quickly Provide skill training and coaching to enhance representatives' ability to articulate product value Coordinate product and competitive enablement to equip sales teams with necessary tools and knowledge Required Qualifications 5+ years of training, development, and enablement experience 3+ years in Healthcare (Health System, Health Plan, or Healthcare IT) BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or learning development Proven track record of delivering learning programs to improve performance Project Management core competency
