Our client is a leading global investment manager. They seek a Senior Manager, Real Estate Income Fund Accounting and Operations to join their Los Angeles, CA office. Responsibilities Ensure funds are being accounted for under the governing fund documents, advisory agreements, and other legal documents Review and reconcile the operational setup of complex transactions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Manage available liquidity by determining and preparing capital vs. income distributions and drawdowns from various vehicles Coordinate the fund's independent auditors, custodians, prime brokers, internal/external stakeholders, and fund administrators Analyze and produce financial reports that require the calculation of complex allocations, waterfalls, fees, and performance metrics Participate in various firm-wide initiatives to drive efficiency improvements by engaging with various cross-functional teams Requirements 5+ years of accounting and operations experience Real Estate funds/investments background Familiar with investment management operations CPA strongly preferred Skilled in SQL and Power BI Job ID # 65905 Tagged as: #J-18808-Ljbffr
