Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Order Management to oversee the Order Management team and contribute to the Quote-to-Cash transformation program. Key Responsibilities Manage daily activities of the Order Management Teams and establish processes for sales order setup Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and define service level agreements (SLAs) for the team Conduct audits on Order Management work and provide reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in contract and order management in a high-volume environment Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance, or relevant experience Experience with Salesforce, Deltek, Conga, and DocuSign is highly desired Proven leadership experience with a global team Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs
