Our dedicated Retail Operations team has a finger on the pulse of store operations and is up to the task. The team oversees store systems and communications, digital tools and workload planning, all with the goal of helping our in-store teams deliver the best possible experience to our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Senior Manager, Onstage & Product Operations, you will be responsible for implementing the overall strategy for onstage (front of house) and product operations, focusing on inventory management and supply chain. You will be facilitating and spearheading the implementation of new projects and IT systems, providing top-notch training, meticulous planning, and expert technical guidance. As the main point of contact for our store teams and business partners, you showcase outstanding customer service, along with strong interpersonal and written communication skills Core Operations Management, Maintenance & Implementation – 40% Implement, maintain, and improve various store processes, systems, and policies. Provide training and technical direction to Store and Field Teams on new and enhanced processes. Primary owner of the relationship with the US relating to POS, m POS & m PLUS.
