Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects Drive innovation by implementing new tools and processes to enhance efficiency Manage change processes associated with HR technology transformations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or graduate degree with 10+ years of experience Proven experience in leading HR technology projects, including system implementations Strong understanding of HR processes and data Experience with change management principles and methodologies Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are considered an asset
